Ran check due to edits on Draft:R Nait as previously promoted by socks of a different case. Ran checks suggested no connection to that case, but showed socking on Sidhu Moose Wala. Dreamy Jazz talk to me | my contributions 11:29, 14 June 2022 (UTC)

- All {{confirmed}} to each other, with no obvious links to other cases seen (didn't look much further than comparing to CU logs for the case I originally looked at). Dreamy Jazz talk to me | my contributions 11:32, 14 June 2022 (UTC)
- CU blocking socks for socking. Edit warring / editing the same page without disclosing the connection by both master and sock with edits in 1 2 3 4, while also understanding the edit warring rules enough to make a edit warring report on the other account engaged in the edit war at {{section link|Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard/3RRArchive453#User%3AKeshavv1234_reported_by_User%3AJaspreetsingh6_(Result%3A_Declined_–_malformed_report)}}. Leaving the decision to block or warn the master account to a clerk, admin or other CU. Dreamy Jazz talk to me | my contributions 11:40, 14 June 2022 (UTC)
- I'm going to go ahead and indef CU block the master on a second look. Although not clearly stated, there seems to be some denial of the socking in the comments made at User_talk:Jaspal34 while CU shows clear and convincing evidence that these three accounts are related. Indef is not forever, but this means they will need to explain before being able to edit again instead of just being able to edit again after the expiry. [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Contributions/Jaspreetsingh6&target=Jaspreetsingh6&offset=&limit=1500 Jaspreetsingh6] recently made an unban proposal in December 2024 which was subsequently posted on the AN and passed with community support. However, it should be known that Jaspreetsingh6 was lying and deliberately omitting his recent sockpuppetry in his unban request and hence deceived the community.
Timeline: Jaspreetsingh6 is the sockmaster. He created his account in November 2021. He was blocked in June 2022 for sock puppetry which was caught by admins until July 2022. Then he created an account called [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Contributions/Jisshu&target=Jisshu&offset=&limit=2000 Jisshu] in November 2022 which was blocked in Feb 2023 for copyright violations. He then created another account called [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Contributions/Jassu712&target=Jassu712&offset=&limit=1000 Jassu712] in April 2023, which was blocked in October 2024 as a result of this SPI. Following the SPI, Jisshu ([https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Jassu712&diff=prev&oldid=1251011742 whom admins believed to be the oldest account and the sockmaster]) created multiple unblock requests on his talk page, which was accepted on December 19 2024. Following a very short unblock period, Jisshu was blocked again for copyright violations on December 28 2024. One day after the block, [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3AContributions&target=Jaspreetsingh6&namespace=all&tagfilter=&start=&end=2024-12-31&limit=1500 Jaspreetsingh6 becames active after a 2 year hiatus and requests his unban].
All 3 accounts are undeniably the same. First, see the EIA between the 3 accounts-[https://sigma.toolforge.org/editorinteract.py?users=Jisshu&users=Jassu712&users=Jaspreetsingh6&startdate=&enddate=&ns=&server=enwiki]. They're all interested in the same cricket teams, cricket tournaments, Indian movies, Sikh historical figures, and some other niche pages.
Jaspreetsingh6 and Jisshu have very similar user pages- both say they are teenagers (18-19). Jaspreet says he a strong interest in Indian history and sports. [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:Jisshu&oldid=1125288896 Jisshu's older user page] listed his sports articles and says his hobby is to read history books. It should also be noted that "Jassu" is a common nickname for the name "Jaspreet".
After Jaspreetsingh6's unban request was approved, he immediately started becoming active on pages extensively edited by his socks. His first edits are on Indian/Punjabi cricket teams-[https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=2025_Punjab_Kings_season&diff=prev&oldid=1266470042], [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Suryansh_Shedge&diff=prev&oldid=1266623214], [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Mumbai_cricket_team&diff=prev&oldid=1266631126]. Wow, look, I am targeted by people because I took a stand. please note that this user is just created his account and his first edits is My false complaint when i am middle of dispute with one editor RevolutionaryPatriot, First of all, many people took help from AI for their edits {{tq|Artificial intelligence is used on a number of Wikipedia and Wikimedia projects. This may be directly involved with creation of text content, or in support roles related to evaluating article quality, adding metadata, or generating images. As with any machine-generated content, care must be used when employing AI at scale or in applying it where the community consensus is to exercise more caution.}}. Jaspreetsingh6 edits the "List of battles between Mughals and Sikhs" right after being unblocked [https://sigma.toolforge.org/timeline.py?page=List_of_battles_between_Mughals_and_Sikhs&users=Jaspreetsingh6&users=Jisshu&users=Jassu712&server=enwiki]. Now, talking about this page, I just removed unsourced information that didn’t have any Wikipedia page. Regarding my activity, Why I became active after two years. I had a conversation with Yamla, who told me to take a Standard offer to get unbanned. I am a student, and at that time, I got busy with my studies. I was 16 back then and didn’t have my own mobile phone. I can share my personal ID and other details to prove my age. I am still a student who recently turned 18. As for my nickname, I don’t have a specific one. My family calls me Preet, and at school, they call me Jas, which is also a common nickname in Punjabi just because I shared some common interests with that user, it doesn't mean I am his sockpuppet. Wikipedia admins can confirm this by checking the IP and that user and me have 1 Year age gap and i am Indian Punjabi offcourse we will like cricket which is most popular and i didn't edit so much on that article Just change some few words and I don't have much interest in film I Just remove some disruptive edits Even in war Article instead of editing i mostly remove unsourced information and please read Wikipedia:Don't be quick to assume that someone is a sockpuppet {{tq|There are many situations that occur on Wikipedia in which one may assume that one or more accounts are sockpuppets. Something is really fishy. All the signs are present, it seems. The suspecting editor may find that the suspected user's behavior looks all too familiar and resembles that of someone who already exists,}} Jaspreetsingh6 (talk) 11:29, 30 January 2025 (UTC)
now about his claims {{tq|He edits "List of Sikhs" right after being unblocked-}} I didn't add single person om that list only mentioned sources on Jasprit Bumrah page who was doing amazing that time and please read this {{tq|If two accounts edit similar articles, it might look like "sockpuppetry," but people often share common interests. For example, a Detroit Lions fan may edit many articles about the team, and that's normal since there are many other fans like them. Even if two accounts edit articles about both Detroit Lions and Lady Gaga songs, it might seem suspicious, but since both groups have millions of fans, it's still possible. However, if two accounts start editing articles about Detroit Lions, Lady Gaga, and something random like quantum chemistry, it can raise suspicion. There are many possible reasons for this overlap. The world has billions of people, and even narrowing it down to just English speakers or people in a specific area can still result in coincidences. Sometimes, editors may review others' histories and end up editing the same pages. It's also possible that two editors know each other in real life and discuss these topics without breaking any rules.}}Jaspreetsingh6 (talk) 12:36, 30 January 2025 (UTC)
I will also request the admin that an investigation should be conducted about this account as soon as he created his account, he first complained against me when I'm in the middle of a dispute.Jaspreetsingh6 (talk) 12:39, 30 January 2025 (UTC)

Jisshu (sock of the sockmaster Jaspreetsingh6) was banned for copyright violations and using AI to write content for him. This IP is editing the same articles as Jisshu and even admits to being Jisshu inadvertently when I call them out for it (see: [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=1278387261&oldid=1276400310&title=User_talk:MaplesyrupSushi]).

For the account Sikh-History78, they also removed sourced content in-favour of what reads as AI-generated content and also favour content from the same exact books/author that Jisshu is known to use, see: [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=1278597502&oldid=1278595669&title=Battle_of_Bilaspur_(1711)]; [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=1278105344&oldid=1278105095&title=Battle_of_Chunar]

First of all, I don’t know why he complained about me, even though I already told him that I have nothing to do with these accounts. He had already asked me whether I was related to this account or not (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Sikh_History78&diff=prev&oldid=1277210642), and I refused. I also told him that if he had any more doubts, he could ask me. He just wants to get me blocked by linking me with them because I had some conflicts with him earlier (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Sikh_History78&diff=prev&oldid=1276146412 https://en.m.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Sikh_History78&diff=prev&oldid=1276146761 https://en.m.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Sikh_History78&diff=prev&oldid=1276146820 https://en.m.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Sikh_History78&diff=prev&oldid=1276147821). Now, he is saying that I am using the same author's book as this sockpuppet. Listen, Hari Ram Gupta, Ganda Singh, Surjit Singh Gandhi, Jadunath Sarkar, and Satish Chandra are some of the best historians of India, and their books are available for free online. He himself takes references from the books of Hari Ram Gupta and Surjeet Singh Gandhi,[https://en.m.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Sikh_state&diff=prev&oldid=1278859822] so why is he excusing others? I am not dependent on one or two authors for my articles; I have created many articles on different topics with various sources. Moreover, he claimed that I am biased. Let me tell him that I have written about the Battle of Meerut (1767), Battle of Sutlej, the Battle of Chunar, the Siege of Gurdas Nangal, the Battle of Lohgarh, and many other articles in which I have mentioned the defeat of the Sikhs. And if he already thought that I was a sockpuppet, why didn't he report me directly on February 23, instead of asking me on my talk page, which is discouraged on Wikipedia? As for AI-generated content, I don’t use it. I use a notebook on my mobile phone and a sandbox. Before editing an article, I complete my work in my mobile phone’s notebook, then on the sandbox,[https://en.m.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:Sikh_History78/sandbox&diff=prev&oldid=1278105013] and I ask my friends for advice in case I make any grammar or spelling mistakes. Moreover, this user is mostly involved with sockpuppetry, so I think he is suffering from sockphobia and nothing else.Sikh History78 (talk)

Less than two weeks after {{u|Yasin1747}} (sock of {{u|Jaspreetsingh6}}) was blocked, this editor began editing the exact same articles as Yasin, often battles in the Afghan–Sikh wars. The pattern is that they come in and, with literally no source, swap it from a Sikh to an Afghan victory. They do this to dozens of articles, do not change the existing citation at all, and then they use a bullshit edit summary like "Fixed grammar" or "Fixed typo" to fly under the radar. {{u|Kansas Bear}} seems to have vigilantly undone most of this damage. {{u|Izno}} is already familiar with this editor.
