This appears to be a weird case to me since the IP address is the one banned and the user account has been open for a while.

The IP address was making a series of edits such as [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Armageddon_(2008)&diff=prev&oldid=826105170&diffmode=source] and then got banned. These edits then started being made by the registered user here [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Night_of_Champions_(2013)&diff=826247931&oldid=826243836&diffmode=source].

This user also now has begun to start making the exact same disruptive edits as the banned IP address. For example, last month the IP address kept adding empty tables to year in professional wrestling articles, where it had no info except for the empty bracket, such as here [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=2000_in_professional_wrestling&diff=818768660&oldid=818768583&diffmode=source]. Yesterday this registered user began making the same exact disruptive edit [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=2000_in_professional_wrestling&diff=827850962&oldid=827850647&diffmode=source]. Both of these users put these empty tables across multiple years one after the other. After the IP address had their edits reversed they started removing good tables [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=2000_in_professional_wrestling&diff=818806138&oldid=818804872&diffmode=source], a tactic this user started doing as well [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=2000_in_professional_wrestling&diff=828013672&oldid=828013416&diffmode=source]. The IP address also then went on to just put wording saying if you want to see the changes go to the other page, such as here [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=2000_in_professional_wrestling&diff=818809326&oldid=818806138&diffmode=source], a similar style to what this account has now started doing as well [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=2000_in_professional_wrestling&diff=827855183&oldid=827851017&diffmode=source].

The original SPI resulted in a warning to not edit while logged out. I am not exactly sure why since the IP address is blocked, but it appears that the user is still editing while logged out.

Looking at the crosswiki reports, both IP addresses have edited both US and German wikipedia [https://tools.wmflabs.org/guc/?user=47.21.17.246] [https://tools.wmflabs.org/guc/?user=72.184.81.128]. Both IP addresses and the main user, which is currently being discussed at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents#User:Kev519 almost exclusively edit year in sport and professional wrestling articles.

They all receive messages on their talk page which they ignore. None of any of their posts have edit descriptions.

The IP address has returned to editing and was blocked for disruptive editing.
