Aerobic exercise includes lower intensity exercises like jogging, cycling, rowing and walking, while anaerobic includes HIIT and strength training. There are approximately 1 bazillion chemical substances, most of which are rarely encountered and unimportant outside of a handful of niche applications. Worse still, many of these substances are chemically distinct but effectively interchangeable (e.g. sodium and potassium salts tend to be equally soluble and usually behave the same in solution). The following stand out to me as being worth removing:
