Anti-Indigenous racism in Mexico
There seems to be a substantial gap in coverage related to genocide, settler colonialism, or anti-Indigenous racism in Mexico. Unlike the USA which has Native American genocide in the United States and Racism against Native Americans in the United States or like Canada which has Canadian genocide of Indigenous peoples and Settler colonialism in Canada, there are no articles along the lines of Indigenous genocide in Mexico or Anti-Indigenous racism in Mexico. The general article on settler colonialism doesn't make any mention of Mexico or any other country in Latin America. There are a handful of similar articles for Latin America: Genocide of Indigenous peoples in Venezuela, Genocide of Indigenous peoples in Paraguay, Genocide of Indigenous peoples in Brazil, and Violence against Indigenous peoples in Colombia. No reason Mexico shouldn't have an article or two. Bohemian Baltimore (talk) 04:26, 23 April 2025 (UTC)
