Yisroel Tzvi Neuman (born April 1947 in Baltimore, to his parents Jaye and Sarah ({{Nee|Silverman}})) is an Orthodox rabbi and one of the four roshei yeshiva (deans) of Beth Medrash Govoha (the Lakewood Yeshiva) in Lakewood, New Jersey.
