Hardinera (Philippine Spanish: jardinera), also known as the Quezon meatloaf or the Lucban meatloaf, is a Filipino meatloaf made with diced or ground pork topped with sliced hard-boiled eggs, pineapples, carrots, bell peppers, peas, tomatoes, and raisins, among others. The ingredients used are identical to the ones used in Filipino menudo; while the cooking process is similar to the Filipino embutido. It is traditionally steamed in an oval-shaped tin mold known as a llanera (or lyanera), which is also used to make leche flan. It originates from the province of Quezon in Luzon Island.{{cite web |title=Hardinera (Jardinera) Recipe |url=https://panlasangpinoy.com/hardinera/ |website=Panlasang Pinoy |access-date=March 14, 2019}}{{cite web |title=Lucban Hardinera |url=https://www.angsarap.net/2014/12/22/lucban-hardinera/ |website=Ang Sarap |date=December 22, 2014 |access-date=March 14, 2019}}{{cite web |title=Hardinera Recipe (Lucban Jardinera) |url=https://recipenijuan.com/hardinera-recipe/ |website=Recipe ni Juan |access-date=March 14, 2019}}{{cite web |title=Hardinera (Lucban's Meatloaf) |url=http://www.pinoykusinero.com/2015/01/hardinera-lucbans-pork-meatloaf.html |website=Pinoy Kusinero |access-date=March 14, 2019}}
