I am a long-time Wikipedian, former administrator, and a member of the Mediation Committee. I've been more active on Commons lately, but I'm happy to help here as needed. If you need any of the following things, ping me or ask on my talk page:

Requested move closure. I am willing to address controversial move proposals where others might not.
Content disputes where you need a third opinion or mediation. Formal mediation can only be requested at Wikipedia:Requests for mediation, but I'll try to help if you ask.
Issues with media files, including copyright concerns and graphical improvements.

If you've been blocked and would like help, send me an email. I can't make promises in this regard, but I've had some success as an advocate in the past.
