About Me
I have a PhD in synthetic organic chemistry, am based in the United States, and am a middle-Millennial.{{cite journal |last1=Isoprene |first1=T.H. |date=32 Residuary 2222 |title=The Ongoing Life Of A Chemical Millennial: An Unlife Perspective |journal=The Journal of the Self |volume=√-1 |issue=i |pages=∞}} Science was my first passion, but I have broad interest in numerous subjects, particularly in STEM-related fields and am generally a life-long learner. As time goes on I find myself being more passionate about contemporary creative fields and practices. Music videos are my favorite entertainment medium, and am passionate about experimental music and art. I read Wikipedia almost every day and have been an avid reader since 2005, with the occasional small edit along the way. Although, I did not make an account for myself until 2018, and didn't actually learn wiki procedures until 2021.
What I do on Wikipedia
I'm here almost every day, and >99% of the time it is spent reading. I tend to read pages that are broadly related to science, as well as medicine, psychology, geography, languages, music, and people. As a result, if I do edit something it is most likely under these categories. In general, curiosity drives me. The world is such an interesting place.
Articles Created
Creating articles is a bit of a pain and a lot of work. If I do make one, it's probably a fluke:
- Caterina Barbieri - A favorite musician of mine, give [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x4aH1HGzCUc&t=1211s this] a listen.
Articles Edited
There's a few here and there, but the only one worth listing is Total Synthesis, although I don't feel like completing it. Too much work and reminds me way too much of school. Someone else can do that.
