The voiceless bilabial affricate ({{IPA|[p͡ɸ]}} in IPA) is a rare affricate consonant that is initiated as a bilabial stop {{IPA|[p]}} and released as a voiceless bilabial fricative {{IPA|[ɸ]}}. It has not been reported to occur phonemically in any language.
