The 2015 United Kingdom general election in Wales was held on 7 May 2015 and all 40 seats in Wales were contested.{{cite news|title=Election 2015 – Wales|url=https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/election/2015/results/wales|accessdate=8 May 2015|work=BBC News}} The election for each seat was conducted on the basis of first-past-the-post.
