The 2022 Maranhão gubernatorial election took place in the state of Maranhão, Brazil on 2 October 2022, as part of the 2022 Brazilian general election in the Federal District and the 26 states. Voters will elect a Governor, Vice Governor, one Senator, two Alternate Senators, 18 representatives for the Chamber of Deputies, and 42 Legislative Assembly members. The incumbent governor of Maranhão is Carlos Brandão, a member of the Brazilian Socialist Party (PSB), who took office after the resignation of Flávio Dino (PSB) on 2 April 2022.
