  • Bauer Radio's Greatest Hits Radio South experimentally drops local news bulletins from its Salisbury frequencies in favour of a mixed Salisbury/Hampshire regional news service from south Hampshire-based Wave 105, which it later says was done because it felt a city specific bulletin for Salisbury "sounded jarring and parochial against industry-leading shows such as Ken Bruce and Simon Mayo".
