A buccellato ({{IPA|it|buttʃelˈlaːto|lang}}) is a Sicilian circular cake made from pastry dough filled with figs and nuts.Gillian Riley, The Oxford Companion to Italian Food (Oxford University Press, 2004, p. 194. In Sicily, it is traditionally associated with Christmas.Carol Field, Celebrating Italy (W. Morrow and Company, 1990), p. 284.

It is not to be confused with the distinct but similar traditional Lucchese cake of the same name, the buccellato di Lucca, although both are ring-shaped sweet breads that contain candied fruit peels.Anna Del Conte, "Buccellato" in Gastronomy of Italy (rev. ed.: Pavilion Books, 2013).
