Cupid (Carrie Cutter) is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. She is an enemy of Black Canary and Green Arrow, the latter of whom she has an unhealthy limerence for.

Cupid appeared as a recurring character in Arrow, portrayed by Amy Gumenick.

Carrie Cutter is a special ops soldier who works for the top-secret program COBALT.Green Arrow & Black Canary #15 (February 2009) She volunteers for a program that will eliminate her fear, but instead makes her emotionally unstable.Green Arrow & Black Canary #16 (March 2009)

As Cupid, Cutter murders several minor enemies of Green Arrow in an attempt to gain his affection.Green Arrow & Black Canary #2 (January 2008) This attracts the attention of crime boss Brick, who she kills with a wrecking ball.Green Arrow & Black Canary #24 (November 2009)Green Arrow & Black Canary #23 (October 2009)Green Arrow & Black Canary #27 (February 2010)

Queen later apprehends Cutter and sends her to A.R.G.U.S. rather than prison due to her condition. Later in the series, Cutter joins Amanda Waller's Suicide Squad and becomes enamored with teammate Floyd Lawton until he is killed in battle.
The Arrow incarnation of Carrie Cutter appears in The Flash: Season Zero. As part of a squad mission, she, Lawton, and Digger Harkness observe the Flash's fight with King Shark and attempt to recruit the latter.
