History
MIP was officially launched in 2022 with the aim of identifying potential candidates for full-time positions. Similar to other internship programs, MIP was temporarily suspended in late 2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. {{Cite book |last=- Asif Zaman - Hasanul Banna - Mohammad Arshadul Alam Rakib - Shakil Ahmed |first=North South University |title=Impact of Covid-19 on University Final Year Internship Students |publisher=Journal of Software Engineering and Applications |date=January 2021 |edition=CC BY 4.0 |pages=https://www.researchgate.net/publication/353976176_Impact_of_Covid-19_on_University_Final_Year_Internship_Students |language=English}}

The program have applicants from 54 provinces across Vietnam, including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong, Nha Trang, Can Tho, and Binh Duong, representing diverse universities such as the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, etc.
MIP works entirely remote, interns have to flexible in working time and working space. The Theoretical Framework
The MIP's pedagogical approach aligns with David Kolb's Experiential Learning Theory {{Cite book |last=David |first=A. Kolb |title=Experiential Learning Theory |date=October 1, 1983 |publisher=Prentice Hall |year=1983 |edition=1st |publication-date=October 1, 1983 |pages=https://books.google.com.vn/books?hl=vi&lr=&id=jpbeBQAAQBAJ&oi=fnd&pg=PR7&dq=Experiential+Learning+Theory+david+klob+books&ots=Vp5RsT3XJd&sig=f383LgxTzy73_WH9O-k0kD9V-Lc&redir_esc=y#v=onepage&q=Experiential%20Learning%20Theory%20david%20klob%20books&f=false |language=English}}. Interns undergo a cyclical learning process involving concrete experiences, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization, and active experimentation. This methodology ensures that interns not only acquire practical skills but also develop a deep understanding of theoretical concepts through hands-on application.
