Graft-De Rijp ({{IPA|nl|ˌɣrɑvdəˈrɛip|-|394 Graft-De Rijp.ogg}}) is a former municipality in the province of North Holland in the Netherlands. Since January 2015 it has been a part of Alkmaar.

It is twinned with Chalfont St Giles in England.
