Hywel Brân Pratley (born 1972{{cite web |title=Hywel Pratley |url=https://www.artnet.com/artists/hywel-pratley/ |website=ArtNet |access-date=2 March 2025}}) is a British sculptor.

He began his working life as an English teacher, at Hurlingham and Chelsea Secondary School, then studied sculpture at Florence Academy of Art from 2004 to 2007.{{cite web |url=https://www.hywelpratley.com/ |title=Hywel Pratley Sculpture |publisher=Hywel Pratley |access-date=2 March 2025}}

His public works include a monument to Joseph Williamson at Sir Joseph Williamson's Mathematical School, a monument to the tenth century philosopher Al-Farabi in Almaty, Kazakhstan, and a statue of Queen Elizabeth II with corgis, in Oakham, Rutland.{{cite magazine |last=Jureidini |first=Ben |title=Tatler meets Hywel Pratley, the artist of the moment who just unveiled the first permanent memorial statue of Queen Elizabeth II – as he reveals the hidden meaning behind the sculpture |magazine=Tatler |date=23 April 2024 |url=https://www.tatler.com/article/hywel-pratley-statue-of-queen-elizabeth |access-date=2 March 2025}} The latter is a {{convert|7|ft|m}} tall bronze, that was commissioned by the Lord-Lieutenant of Rutland, Sarah Furness. It was unveiled by Alicia Kearns MP and blessed by Debbie Sellin, the Bishop of Peterborough.
