Classical era

  • Ludwig van Beethoven arranged Fugue No. 22 in B-flat minor, BWV 867/2, from the Well-Tempered Clavier book 1, for string quintet ({{Interlanguage link multi|Hess 38|commons|3=File:Beethoven Hess38.ogg}})."Hess 38" is Beethoven's arrangement of "Book 1 – Fugue No. 22 in B flat minor" (BWV 867).
