Milaș ({{langx|hu|Nagynyulas, Nyulas}}; {{langx|de|Hasendorf}}) is a commune in Bistrița-Năsăud County, Transylvania, Romania. It is composed of six villages: Comlod (Komlód), După Deal (Hegymögött), Ghemeș (Gémestanya), Hirean (Hirántanya), Milaș, and Orosfaia (Oroszfája).

The commune sits on the Transylvanian Plateau, at an altitude of {{cvt|378|m}}. It is located at the southern extremity of the county, {{cvt|47|km}} from the county seat, Bistrița, on the border with Mureș County.

Built in 1756, the {{ill|Teleki Castle|ro|Castelul Teleki din Comlod}} from Comlod is one of the 11 castles in Bistrița-Năsăud County declared historical monuments by the Romanian Ministry of Culture.
