Production version

The production version of the Mini Aceman was introduced in April 2024 at the Beijing Auto Show. The Aceman comes exclusively with battery electric powertrains with two options available. The Aceman shares similar design elements from the Cooper J01 and Countryman. The headlights and matrix rear lights has three different modes for the LED graphics. There are matte black lower sills and standard roof rails to resemble a crossover SUV instead of a tall hatchback.{{Cite web |date=2024-04-24 |title=The new MINI Aceman. |url=https://www.press.bmwgroup.com/global/article/detail/T0441184EN/the-new-mini-aceman?language=en |access-date=2024-05-01 |website=BMW Press Group |language=en}}{{Cite news |last=Pappas |first=Thanos |date=2024-04-24 |title=New Mini Aceman EV Is Big On Space, Small In Size |url=https://www.carscoops.com/2024/04/mini-aceman-debuts-as-a-funky-and-fully-electric-urban-crossover/ |work=CarScoops}}

The interior is similar to Cooper J01. There is a {{Convert|9.44|in|cm|abbr=on}} touchscreen (operated by MINI OS 9) is the only interior screen which has most of the vehicle functions, a few toggle switches for the essential functions, Mini's new Intelligent Personal Assistant called "Spike" (debuting in the Aceman), and eight selectable Mini Experience Modes. The dashboard is covered with knitted material and the door cards are made from recycled polyester.

Despite its small dimensions, Mini designers made use of the “Clever Use of Space” design principle, therefore the Aceman has {{Convert|300|L|cuft|abbr=on}} of boot space and can be increased to {{Convert|1,005|L|cuft|abbr=on}} when the rear seats are folded.
