Distribution
Onustus indicus is distributed in the tropical Indian Ocean (excluding Arabian Sea), the central Indo-Pacific and the westernmost Pacific (Hong Kong to southern Indonesia) as well as in northern tropical-subtropical eastern and western Australia.
