Qalyub virus (Orthonairovirus qalyubense) is a virus discovered in a rat's nest in a tomb wall in the Egyptian town of Qalyub ({{langx|arz|قليوب}} {{IPA|arz|ʔælˈjuːb|pron}}) in 1952.{{Cite journal
