Tony Baldinelli {{post-nominals|country=CAN|MP}} (born November 24, 1964) is a Canadian politician who was elected to represent the riding of Niagara Falls in the House of Commons of Canada in the 2019 Canadian federal election as a Conservative.{{cite web|title=Canada election results: Niagara Falls|url=https://globalnews.ca/news/5830995/canada-election-niagara-falls/|date=October 21, 2019|publisher=Global News|access-date=October 21, 2019}} He held the seat for the Tories after its long-serving member of Parliament, former cabinet minister Rob Nicholson, retired. In the 44th Parliament, Baldinelli tabled Private Member's Bill C-342, titled '"An Act to amend the Corrections and Conditional Release Act (maximum security offenders)". The bill did not progress past the first reading.
