I have made an effort to revert your edits about Cook Islands having a positive case. The Cook Islands did NOT have a active positive case.

The Cook Islands detected the presence of SARS-CoV-2 viral fragments from a historical case who had already completed quarantine in NZ before travelling to the Cook Islands, and was reported in the NZ numbers. The detection by the Te Marae Ora using a PCR test was only viral fragments from a historical case this does not confirm the presence of an active viral load and the person was found not to have been infectious for any of their time in the Cook Islands. Despite the women being a survivor of the shootings, I don't think this is related and consequently I wouldn't have added it to the Christchurch mosque shootings page. However, the paragraph is well written and cited so maybe it should stay. I'll leave it to your judgement.

I have worked on both of these articles previously, but have been a bit slack and not kept them up to date with the latest announcements. On a minor point, I see you have red-linked Three Waters. I have been working on a Draft:Three Waters article focusing on the Sixth Labour Government's reform programme as policy issue. I think that the Water supply and sanitation in New Zealand would focus more generally on water and supply provision in the country. Three Waters would then focus more on the Government's flagship policy. Open to feedback on how to tackle this. Let me know what you think. Andykatib 04:31, November 2021 (UTC)

:: It is a good idea to have an article about the reform process, because it is complex, there are lots of potential citations, and huge implications. Putting all the detail of the reforms into either or both of the Local Government and Water & Sanitation articles could unbalance them. A summary style is best, with links to your planned new article. My main suggestion at this stage is to title the new article Three Waters Reform or similar. I don't think just Three Waters is the optimum title, because this term is widely used in the NZ water industry and in government generally, for the collective description of this kind of infrastructure (not just reforms). I agree that a summary style will be good and that it would be better to rename the final article something like Three Waters reform programme since that is the official name on the [https://threewaters.govt.nz/#home official Three Waters] website. That would differentiate from other topics. One idea that I had in mind was probably transferring content from the Local government in New Zealand and Water supply and sanitation in New Zealand articles into the new Three Waters article.
