Copying within Wikipedia
Hey Editstudent; I noticed when you created Jacobs photos, the material from this creation seems to have originated from some other page. I'm not quite sure where exactly it came from, but I've found sufficiently-similar material in the history of The Jacobs Creature. On Wikipedia, copying between pages should be attributed for copyright purposes, per the page on Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. You may want to read Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Jacobs Creature which "deleted" the page previously, by turning it into a redirect to Bigfoot. However, consensus can change, and if there is good material with quality sources nowadays, and enough of this to substantiate a standalone article in 2025, it would be great to cover it somewhere, so thank you for your efforts in adding this topic to Wikipedia! Just be sure to provide attribution whenever you copy something from somewhere ^^ Utopes (talk / cont) 04:43, 11 February 2025 (UTC)
:I wished to create the article but found a previous version in the history to work on. I’ll try to start over and build it from fresh references. Editstudent (talk) 16:27, 11 February 2025 (UTC)
