Governors of the Isles of Scilly category

Hi there, I noticed you recategorised :category:Governors of the Isles of Scilly and put it under :category:Viceroys of the British monarch, which I would say is a inaccurate categorisation, as the Governor of Scilly has always been whoever leased the islands from the Duchy of Cornwall, so calling the Governor of Scilly a representative of the monarch (viceroy) seems misleading, as they would not of been appointed by the monarch, instead appointed by the Duke of Cornwall (although my knowledge is limited in this area, also, most of what I have read about Scilly is rather vague about the exact situation of the title).
