Edit Summary
File:Information_icon.svg Hi there. When editing an article on Wikipedia there is a small field labeled "Edit summary" under the main edit-box. It looks like this:
Edit summary text box
The text written here will appear on the Recent changes page, in the page revision history, on the diff page, and in the watchlists of users who are watching that article. See m:Help:Edit summary for full information on this feature.
Filling in the edit summary field greatly helps your fellow contributors in understanding what you changed, so please always fill in the edit summary field. If you are adding a section, please do not just keep the previous section's header in the Edit summary field – please fill in your new section's name instead. Thank you. --220.101.28.25 (talk) 16:52, 30 March 2010 (UTC)
Medal tables
A heads up about your medal table edits; I've noticed, through a comment at Wikipedia:Featured list candidates/2010 Winter Paralympics medal table/archive1, that you've been adding all nations that didn't win any medals to Paralympic medal tables. It has always been the norm to only include the nations that actually won medals in a Games in the medal table. Also the see also link at the tops of the tables should be to Olympic medal table. This link is designed to give the reader an explanation for the ranking system ("by gold") that we use in Wikipedia articles. A link to All-time Paralympic Games medal table could go in as a see also article at the bottom of the page but should not be linked to as you did in [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=2010_Winter_Paralympics_medal_table&action=historysubmit&diff=357714665&oldid=357587375 this edit]. Cheers - Basement12 (T.C) 10:21, 24 April 2010 (UTC)
:I think that every nation that participated in a specific Paralympics should be included in the medal table for that Paralympics, regardless of whether they won a medal or not. It is unfair to the nations that didn't win a medal. After all, it is the full medal table. The medal tables published by the IPC also include all participating nations. I don't see why we can't do that on Wikipedia. Another thing is that for the many of the older Paralympics, there is no way of knowing which nations participated. We should either have a full list of all nations that participated in the main articles of each Paralympics or include every nation in the medal table articles. RG104 (talk) 19:58, 25 April 2010 (UTC)
:The full list should appear in the main Games article, as it does for example at 2008 Summer Paralympics. The choice to only list medalling nations in the medal tables is one that has been made on various Olympic medal tables that have gone through the Featured list process and I don't think it should be any different for Paralympic tables. Suggestion for WikiProject United States to support WikiProject Maryland
It was recently suggested that WikiProject Maryland might be inactive or semiactive and it might be beneficial to include it in the list of projects supported by WikiProject United States. I have started a discussion on the projects talk page soliciting the opinions of the members of the project if this project would be interested in being supported by WikiProject United States. Please feel free to comment on your opinions about this suggestion. --Kumioko (talk) 02:59, 17 August 2011 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (File:Carverconstruction.jpg)
File:Ambox warning blue.svg Thanks for uploading :File:Carverconstruction.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:11, 6 September 2012 (UTC)
