You can describe what can be seen, but when you make a comparison to another series, or describe something as ludicrous or talk about who provides comic relief, we are heavily in interpretive territory. :The new article was essentially identical to the deleted article. To show notability, you need to present independent reliable sources with significant coverage of this actor. Not gossip sites, not YouTube videos, not his employer's personal website. As he seems only known for Khabardaar, I really doubt such coverage exists. I watch since 1999 and am also more experienced in Wikipedia than you, if you have further queries seek WP:DR and this is not a place to fanboy over Becky Lynch.
