  • Keep: it's not a clear-cut case, but the last item listed by CT seems to be significant coverage. Some of the other sources are not as substantial. However, the paragraph on Civita in The Power of Economists Within the State, albeit short, offers enough analysis for me to lift them over the threshold of WP:GNG.
