  • Delete, agree with Chipmunkdavis. I also note that the one reference that could be argued to establish notability is severely misquoted. The block quote in the middle of the article is introduced with "the United Nations International Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Racial Discrimination noted that ...". However, the actual source document [http://www.unhchr.ch/tbs/doc.nsf/%28Symbol%29/80ff2b7a6c87d66c8025655b003afa29?Opendocument] is not the text of the "United Nations International Convention" (of course such a convention wouldn't mention an individual event like this!), nor some other document authored by the UN organization in question, but merely a report submitted to it by the Republic of Cyprus as a state party.
