According to [https://int.soccerway.com/players/emmanuel-junior-mbarga-mkene/622934/ Soccerway] and other databases he has not played in a WP:FPL so fails WP:NFOOTBALL. I conducted a [https://duckduckgo.com/?q=%22Emmanuel+Mbarga%22&t=h_&ia=web French search] to see if there was any coverage of his amateur career in France but found little. I also did a [https://duckduckgo.com/?q=%22Emmanuel+Mbarga%22&t=h_&ia=web Portuguese search] for his amateur career in Portugal to no avail. I did find this [https://www.khmertimeskh.com/50950527/mbarga-brothers-return-to-pkr-svay-rieng-for-2022-season/ Khmer Times article] but it isn't significant coverage since most of it is derived from an announcement from people associated with his club. It makes an erroneous claim that he played for Cameroon internationally but there is no profile at [https://www.national-football-teams.com/search.html?term=Mbarga NFT] for him.
