• Comment: {{u|Kirbanzo}}, why does this not meet the standard set out in WP:Notability (sports)#Association football? According to this standard, "Players who have played ... in a competitive game between two teams from fully professional leagues will generally be regarded as notable." Bundesliga is such a league, according to WP:WikiProject Football/Fully professional leagues, which the notability standard links to. And the article on Savkovic has a sourced claim stating that "Savkovic made 50 appearances in the Bundesliga during his playing career." • Delete per nom. "...will generally be regarded as notable" does not mean an automatic wiki-notability, and I am of the opinion that professional sports players should be examined on a case by case basis. Bezrat (talk) 04:39, 18 January 2021 (UTC)

• Keep Have you really done a proper WP:BEFORE, there are a number of German sources on the web which I can't read or understand about him. Also did you even look at the coverage on the German wikipedia? I disagree with your assessment. NFOOTBALL is pretty clear, although some editors can't seem to grasp it.
