I see this as essentially advocacy forthe organization's ideas, rather than a NPOV article. If we removed the advocacy , there wouldn't be enough material to show notability DGG ( talk ) 06:19, 13 October 2019 (UTC)

• Keep. This article meets all the criteria for stand-alone Wikipedia articles about organizations. And it meets all the actual Wikipedia criteria for NPOV. And here is proof (Talk page: "How this article meets all the Wikipedia criteria for standalone organization articles") that this article meets (exceeds, actually) all the criteria I just mentioned. • Weak Delete and Redirect to State Policy Network. This is the NJ-based arm of this larger network of think tanks. It looks to have received a bit of local coverage, but not enough to satisfy WP:ORG.
