• Merge per BOZ and WP:ATD-M. I found one independent RS [https://books.google.com/books?id=XtXZCwAAQBAJ&pg=PA408&dq=%22Geoff%22+Greyhawk&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjQ45C34sHUAhUK0GMKHdevA_oQ6AEIPDAF#v=onepage&q=%22Geoff%22%20Greyhawk&f=false here], but that does not seem sufficient to meet GNG.
