However, I am not 100% sure about this, and I think we could find this out best if we did it. Unless I decide to go to sleep instead or get sidetracked, I will try this approach out for myself. Delete Not notable. Coverage is minor with few accomplishments to warrant an entry in an encyclopedia. "Rising ... leader" suggests he might become interesting. Jason from nyc (talk) 15:12, 26 December 2012 (UTC)
