Other members of this team have been deleted at AfD for lack of notability, such as here. I see no reason that this player is exceptional. Gigs (talk) 18:39, 12 April 2011 (UTC)

Weak keep Passes WP:NBASKETBALL by having played in Euroleague. This is indication that other sources are likely to exist to establish notability.—Bagumba (talk) 01:13, 13 April 2011 (UTC)

- Keep, If he has played in the Euroleague then he passes WP:NBASKETBALL. Overdrawn Invader (talk) 14:35, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
- Where are you all getting that he played in the Euroleague? His article only mentions second-tier leagues. Gigs (talk) 15:35, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
- There is [http://www.eurobasket.com/player.asp?Cntry=ENG&PlayerID=58741 the external link to his Euroleague profile] in the article. It's the Ireland national team that is in the "second tier." I'm not an expert on Euroleague, but I see no indication that the non-national teams are not the highest level. —Bagumba (talk) 17:26, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
- It seems you have confused Eurobasket.com with Eurobasket. Eurobasket.com is just a general sports news site with no affiliation to the Eurobasket competition. Gigs (talk) 18:26, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
- Yep, ignorant American thought it was same as Euroleague Basketball. Thanks for the info. I'll change strike by opinion above. —Bagumba (talk) 18:56, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
- Delete Change from my previous opinion above. He plays in Europe, but I was mistaken and he does not play for Euroleague per WP:NBASKETBALL. Having not played at the highest level, he also doesn't appear to notable either per WP:GNG as coverage is WP:ROUTINE. —Bagumba (talk) 18:56, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
- Delete per above. Jrcla2 (talk) 17:57, 24 April 2011 (UTC)
