• Delete. This is an encyclopedia, not an internet meme repository. This is more applicable to Urban Dictionary. I guess it could be redirect to wikt:lolcow or internet troll, but I don't really see any point. Like Rhododendrites says, it fails WP:NEO and thus has no real reason to exist on Wikipedia.
