Not a notable person. His name hardly appeared in the citations or references provided. The sources provided in the article do not show how he meets WP:GNG. • DeleteI had a look for sources giving better coverage, but I'm not finding them. Lots of hits where he's mentioned in passing ("Thanks go to honourable Chairman M. Santhi Ramudu..."), but no significant coverage of the man himself. Fails GNG GirthSummit _(blether) 19:29, 21 February 2019 (UTC)
