This article for a building that has not yet been built does not meet WP:NBUILDING nor WP:GNG criteria for notability. It is planned to be finished in 25 years, so it also seems to be a case of WP:CRYSTALBALL or WP:TOOSOON. Netherzone (talk) 20:11, 12 November 2021 (UTC)

Delete per WP:CRYSTALBALL building projects fall apart all the time and there's no guarantee this will be built. Ground hasn't even been broken on it yet. Having said that, and lord I hate to say it, but 2030 is only 9 years away. :O snood1205^{(Say Hi! (talk))} 20:47, 12 November 2021 (UTC)

Delete. It fails WP:NBUILDING, I can't find enough WP:SIGCOV to establish WP:GNG. Even if it were to meet WP:GNG or some WP:SNG, it fails the second part of WP:N, which is to say that it falls under what Wikipedia is not, owing to a fairly obvious violation of WP:CRYSTALBALL. Alternatives to deletion, like draftification, would do little to solve the WP:CRYSTALBALL problems. As a result, I am inclined towards deletion in this case. — Mikehawk10 (talk) 03:06, 17 November 2021 (UTC)
