  • Keep [http://www.google.com/#hl=en&q=%22off+the+shelf%22&btnG=Google+Search&aq=f&oq=%22off+the+shelf%22&fp=Li-R6mbKWrc Googling] "Off the shelf" reveals 5,380,000 results. The term is commonly used. Dream Focus 01:09, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
  • Redirect to Ready-to-wear as is done with Off the rack; the article itself says that these terms are "equivalent". JJL (talk) 02:08, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
  • Redirect to Ready-to-wear as JJL suggests-- this is a reasonable synonym. The non-fashion usages are merely dictionary definitions, while ready-to-wear is a meaningful category (market segment) of clothing. Avram (talk) 06:11, 21 May 2009 (UTC)

:If it redirects to Ready-to-wear, there should be a "Off the shelf" redirects here, see also Commercial off-the-shelf notice. Fences and windows (talk) 18:05, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
