The award is given by the Commerce Minister of Bangladesh, also the fact that major dailies like The Daily Star ([http://archive.thedailystar.net/newDesign/news-details.php?nid=83161]), Financial Express ([http://www.thefinancialexpress-bd.com/2009/04/08/63371.html]) covering the award function bears ample evidence of notability of the award. --Zayeem (talk) 19:28, 3 June 2013 (UTC)
