• Keep. Not "upcoming", as the film has already screened and won awards and international media coverage. So WP:NFF is in no way applicable. • Keep - Even if the film did not meet notability standards the book is the subject of multiple non-trivial articles in newspapers all over the world as well as being a NYT best-seller. The subject of the book and the documentary also have a lot of independent coverage. Panyd^{The muffin is not subtle} 21:06, 22 July 2009 (UTC)
• weak keep, split or redirect - The NY Times (paper of record) article is about the book "The Horse Boy". The Variety (paper of record) article is about the documentary movie titled "Over the Hills and Far Away", which is based on the book, was screened and got a Sundance nomination. Thus both are probably notable. However, unless Zeitgeist (the article creator) can tell us that they've changed the title for distribution, these should each get a separate article. So, recommend splitting off the movie info into its own article, and keep The Horse Boy as an article about the book itself. It is asserted to have made the NYT bestseller list, so perhaps we should have something on it. AllGloryToTheHypnotoad (talk) 15:32, 23 July 2009 (UTC)
