- Reason for creating the category is the need for the academic discipline tree linking to management & organization as none of these fields are academic fields of their own, and in addition there is a great overlap between the two as it regards theory as well as scholars, which is why there is no "organizational scholars" category (management scientists is a more specific form of it). There is no connection to the academic fields from the "management" and "organization" categories respectively, other than the "theory" sections of those connecting to "social sciences" and "behavioral sciences" which is a small part of the discipline itself (what about financial management, for example). - Delete — manually revert. There are journals called Management and Organization. There are academic courses (and entire departments) called Management and Organization or Organizational Management. But this improperly combined :Category:Organizations, which are :Category:Entities having nothing to do with Management or Organization (singular).

- Support — this hodgepodge would always be a terrible mess, as railroad companies buy and sell lines all the time. Also, rail lines don't always own the tracks themselves, and buy and lease and rent and sell blocks of track. (Trying to build the Internet, running fiber along tracks and crossing under tracks was somewhat enlightening and extremely frustrating.)
