The first one has been pointing to the dab page Wikipedia:Censorship since 2006 (having briefly oscillated between this target and the page on meta :m:Censorship). The plural form targeted the same meta page 2005–2006, was then repointed to MediaWiki:Bad image list in 2006 and then retargeted again in 2014 to Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Images#Offensive images.
