Suspected master and suspected sock #1 are blocked already. They are, it seems, involved in nationalistic POV-pushing (my favorite) by adding and removing various nationality categories to/from articles. There are some people who will keep coming back to do harm, no matter how inconvenient or unpleasant we try make the process. I've been reading back through the reports and can see that this one has been absurdly aggressive - especially towards you - and it appears that many of their edits are made specifically to spite your own. It seems like they might have been speedy-blocked under the Europefan investigations without being spoken to, which set off a self-perpetuating cycle of bad behavior and "unexplained" blocks/reverts. My reasoning in having a talk was that there's really no way it could hurt. Worst case scenario is that I've wasted a little time and we're back to dealing with a category vandal just like always. I'm a Croat, apparently, Filipz123 is too, so I will obviously edit Croatia-related topics. It seems both of us are a one person because we have similar patterns in connection with the concerned article. That's because as a Croat, I know that Cravat, Vegeta or rice chocolate are Croatian inventions. And when I inspected it, I couldn't believe how many edit wars have been about inventions that irrefutably are Croatian. My argument against yours is that I provided tens of independent, reliable sources which you can't deny so easily unlike tens of Filipz123 sockpuppet edits. I resized images to fill the space and especially to be aligned to the upper Croatian template, simply that. I think you are doing this because you are simply jealous. You and especially TheLongTone have no real arguments against most of the Croatian inventions: "speculative bollocks", "Parachute; clear bollocks.", "unreliably sourced nonsense", "remove nonsensical claim". And the talk page of the article, list to be exact, is completely empty. You are clearly abusing your authority on Wikipedia and thus distorting the quality of the article which only truly matters. I was already almost sure it was Filipz123 when he made the edits in List of Bulgarian inventors and discoverers ten days ago. The first edit was typical Filipz123—re-adding "Bulgarian inventors" that were not Bulgarian at all, with his typical nonsensical explanation, and then immediately claiming that he was not a single-purpose account when it was very obviously a single-purpose account registered just for that edit. His constant lying about everything is unmistakable (constantly denying even the most obvious things), I've never seen a more recognizable pathological liar on Wikipedia. It's been a long time, but I think Filipz123 is still here. My reasons why I'm pretty sure this is WP:DUCK:

• The same kind of edits in List of Croatian inventions and discoveries—repeatedly adding nationalistic inventions that other people don't agree with, using questionable arguments
• An IP address from Ontario, just like Filipz123—ThenameisMary already admitted (s)he is 70.48.43.247 ([https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Oshwah&diff=prev&oldid=865100722]), which was very obvious
• Block evasion—ThenameisMary started using this username again to bypass the block for 70.48.43.247 (nine minutes after 70.48.43.247 got blocked from editing)
• The same aggressive behaviour—repeated additions, foul language and personal attacks in Filipz123's style (e.g. [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:List_of_Croatian_inventions_and_discoveries&diff=next&oldid=865085074], [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:J._M.&diff=prev&oldid=865096466])

Again, I know we're discouraged from reporting IP addresses here, but this one is different. Filipz123 has been using it for 3 weeks now, so it's not one of those dynamic addresses that he keeps changing all the time. This address was already blocked in October for his disruptive edits mentioned in the previous report. And it is used exclusively by Filipz123. That's why I suggest a long-term block for this IP address.

Those two IP addresses are undoubtedly Filipz213. I don't think it needs long explanation—IP address from Ontario, the same greetings he sends me on my talk page from time to time, his long-standing Anglophobia (compare e.g. [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:J._M.&diff=prev&oldid=925632763] with [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk%3AJ._M.&type=revision&diff=868535199&oldid=868534355]).

There are two reasons I'm posting this here. First, is there an IP range that could be blocked?

Second, I have to reraise the User:Sheldonium suspicion. The user was already reported twice here (see the archive)—by Ivanvector, and by Andy Dingley. These were closed as technically unrelated, but the second one was closed with the following explanation: "I think that behaviorally, there are distinctive differences". I have to disagree with this, and I think history shows that there are striking similarities (after all, those reports are old). The user, just like Filipz123, keeps edit warring in List of Croatian inventions and discoveries, and, just like Filipz123, was blocked several times for it. The user keeps adding exactly the same stuff (non-inventions, unverifiable, non-notable stuff, using dirty tricks such as "Croatian descent" etc.) The user keeps using the same arguments and nationalist demagogy (marking other people's edits as vandalism, saying that the reason why they revert his edits is because they have personal issues with Croats[https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:List_of_Croatian_inventions_and_discoveries&diff=prev&oldid=925393967]—one of Filipz123's favourite "arguments"). He also, just like Filipz123, likes to dispute British inventions and call them Croatian inventions (see his editing in List of English inventions and discoveries and tell me it's not Filipz123). Indeed, one of Filipz123's most typical mantras was "ideas the British have stolen from us" (including the Boscovich atomic theory). But what really convinced me that it's Filipz123 was his attempt to add the "MP3 player" nonsense again ([https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=List_of_Croatian_inventions_and_discoveries&diff=prev&oldid=925389836], [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=List_of_Croatian_inventions_and_discoveries&diff=prev&oldid=925391898]: please see the archives; the ridiculous "MP3 player invention" was one of Filipz123's favourite additions—he kept adding the MP3 nonsense over and over for several years, pretending that the error was not explained to him many times). Sheldonium even says Tomislav Uzelac is the inventor of MP3, which is even more absurd (and of course verifiably wrong). I sent him a couple of warnings, and explained the issue on the article talk page. And when I wrote it, I was intuitively expecting the usual warm message from Filipz123 on my talk page—and indeed, I got it. And not only one. Coincidence? I don't think so. It's quite clear why Filipz123 sent me those friendly words, and I think it's also quite clear why he used IP addresses, as he usually does when he sends similar messages. It would mean an immediate block, and the Sheldonium account is too precious for him. One of his few remaining accounts (I don't think it's the only one, but I'll keep the other suspicions to myself for now) with a sufficient number of edits that he can use for editing pages with pending changes protection, especially those pages that have been protected because of him. That's also why he immediately stopped after I sent him the last warning, saying that I would ask for an indefinite block for him if he doesn't stop. J. M. (talk) 16:31, 11 November 2019 (UTC)

PeaceLoverStephenTrue1111 [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:J._M.&diff=prev&oldid=1014961790 asked me how to follow people's edits on Wikipedia]. One of Leela Roha's first edits was, again, [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Teahouse&diff=prev&oldid=1015181057 asking how to follow others' edits on Wikipedia]. One of the reasons why PeaceLoverStephenTrue1111 got blocked from editing was trolling selected editors, sending them obscene messages, insults, vandalising their user pages ([https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:AHistoryBlogger]) etc. They obviously seek the advice to troll more efficiently.

Both users also share identical typographical peculiarities.

I was the person who [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Administrators%27_noticeboard/IncidentArchive1059#A_trolling-only_account reported them at ANI] on 26 February 2021, and Thedued knew it (and kept lying in that discussion). RickinBaltimore blocked them from editing on 26 February 2021. PeaceLoverStephenTrue1111 registered on 26 February 2021. A coincidence? Maybe. And then, shortly after that, PeaceLoverStephenTrue1111 sent me a couple of ironic messages, even though we had never met before.

Filipz123 was no stranger to vulgar outbursts and even threats, and he frequented my talk page with colourful messages that not always survived the censorship (the most recent one that was not deleted by admins was on [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:J._M.&diff=928493787&oldid=926835558 29 November 2019‎]). As you can see, he used to send these messages unsigned, just like PeaceLoverStephenTrue1111.{{pb}}Now, logically, one might assume an option No. 3: Thedued=Filipz123. • By the way, after re-reading Filip123's edits for this report, it is now increasingly clear to me that Filipz123 and Sheldonium are the same person, too. As you can see on the SPI page, Sheldonium was repeatedly reported and the reports were repeatedly dismissed. The last report was added by me in 2019, and completely dismissed by Bbb23 without any explanation, despite my repeated request. I still maintain that I was right and Bbb23 clearly made a huge mistake there. The evidence is really strong—when I look back at the anonymous Ontario-based IP edits in 2019 (like the one I mentioned above), then there are only two options. Either Sheldonium is Filipz123 (they were editing at the same time with the same arguments and the same style on the same pages), or Filipz123 and Sheldonium are very close to each other and their editing basically constituted meatpuppetry, which doesn't really change anything. His user page also [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:PlayingLife6&diff=1015960735&oldid=1015873304 confirms the Canadian-Croatian link] (and Bulgarian—he has a history of disruptive pro-Bulgarian edits, too) that typifies him—writing from Ontario, persistent disruptive nationalistic edits promoting Croatia and other Balkan countries at all costs, regardless of facts and consensus.

This one doesn't require checkuser evidence because the user actually reported himself:

1. The IP address (after sending me [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:J._M.&diff=prev&oldid=1035132658 his usual greeting]—this is a really long tradition) tried to edit the archive (but the filter stopped him) and [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:AbuseLog/30485824 admitted he's TrueParf, Abider445, PeaceLoverStephenTrue, Leela Roha and EnglishDesi (among others)]. In other words, the IP address is a sock puppet of indefinitely blocked users, again pushing the same Croatian agenda (Tesla, Uzelac etc.) as always in his edits.
   Note: As for his filtered comments, it doesn't really matter at the moment whether the TrueParf family is a separate branch (I wasn't sure about it either, and the final decision to merge this family with Filipz123 was not mine) or if it's really Filipz123 (but there are many distinct traits shared by both groups, so it's at least likely), because the TrueParf-related accounts by themselves have done enough to earn an indefinite community ban anyway. So it doesn't really change anything for this report.
2. ForestFireStarter admitted he's 209.52.88.116 in [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=List_of_Croatian_inventions_and_discoveries&diff=1035175042&oldid=1035137211 his edit summary], restoring the [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=List_of_Croatian_inventions_and_discoveries&diff=prev&oldid=1035136689 nonsensical edit made by 209.52.88.116], the very same edit that Filipz123 and his countless socks have been making for years, despite countless explanations (I call it the GNOAT—greatest nonsense of all time on Wikipedia, claiming that because Uzelac wrote a software MP3 decoder, it means that he invented a hardware MP3 player, and therefore a hardware MP3 player is a Croatian invention, even linking to the hardware MP3 player article, and of course adding [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=MP3_player&diff=prev&oldid=1035137005 the same nonsense to that article], too).

This means that ForestFireStarter is, by his own admission, a sock puppet of all those blocked users.

Please block ForestFireStarter immediately, without waiting for a checkuser. After all, the user [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:J._M.&diff=prev&oldid=1035132658 explained] that he moved to B.C., so the checkuser may not give meaningful results anyway (yes, it's an IP address from BC, not from Ontario). The same pattern as always. A newly registered user who identifies himself as a Canadian resident and is interested in Serbo-Croatian issues ([https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Ba%C4%87in_massacre&diff=prev&oldid=1036504811]). His original username (IdontLikeMormons223) was attacking a group of people—compare it with the previous sock's deleted "List of Annoying Jews" or "List of People Who Will Die Soon", for example. His first edits were disruptive and reverted as always (his first edits are typically trolling), and one of his first edits after registering was again, as usual, attacking me on my talk page ([https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:J._M.&diff=prev&oldid=1036868341]), even though we have never met anywhere. Nobody but him does this.

Please note that while he used to edit from Ontario before, his last (and self-admitted) sock was from British Columbia (he said he moved to BC). I'm not sure how much you can rely on his geographical location anymore.

P.S. I don't have strong evidence to support this, so this is not an official part of the report, but AHistoryBlogger, an older and currently inactive account, looks a bit suspicious to me. The username pattern (ThreePartUsername in camel case) is similar to the previous sock ForestFireStarter (OK, many users use this username pattern), again probably a Canadian user interested in Ontario-related topics (for example, GECO), and his most active day was March 30 2021. This is the day when a confirmed sockpuppet—PeaceLoverStephenTrue1111—created AHistoryBlogger's user page with the text "I like men. ;) sexy men. yum!". The page was quickly deleted as vandalism. Did he just forget to log out/in?

Thanks TheresNoTime for the findings. I've been a Wikipedian for 16 years and when someone goes insulting me on my talk page for no reason shortly after creating their account, I am 99% sure it's him, as nobody else does this. He's been doing this for years, as you can also see in the archives (actually, the only reason he keeps attacking me, threatening to kill me etc. is that I keep reporting him here and reverting his edits). And since a checkuser says it's likely him, you can be 99.999% sure it's him. I cannot see any reason for delaying the block anymore.

AvidFarmerAgriculture was someone I was also quite sure was him, based on his comment in Talk:Nikola Tesla. Again, he has been posting this stuff on that page and elsewhere for years. But since he was quickly blocked for disruptive editing, it didn't make much sense to me to report him here.

As for the other two accounts, one of them is also blocked, and HrvatWhoLovesIceCream doesn't have any edits, but

since the username is similar (basically identical) to the blocked user ("HrvatWhoLovesIceCream" means "CroatWhoLovesIceCream", compare it with the blocked IceCreamLovingCroat), and checkuser says it's him, I definitely think the account should be blocked, too.
