Process

The work flow for an article is to

Identify and address cleanup tags such as {{Tl|In-universe}} or other problem indicators such as {{Tl|Fact}}.
Assess the current state of the article to determine if it needs to go through Peer review, Featured article candidates, Featured article review, or a similar process.
Once stable, identify an oldid to the 0.7 team here to ensure a quality, vandalism-free version of the article is chosen.

Articles in very poor shape or of low importance can be removed from Wikipedia 0.7 by leaving a comment here.
