Biography

Leonid Aleksandrovich was born on {{OldStyleDate|10 December|1880|28 November}} in a merchant family in Nizhny Novgorod.{{Cite news|title=Metricheskaya kniga povedala o Vesninykh|last=Polyakova|first=L. L.|date=May 1, 1984|work=Gazeta "Volga" №52}} He went to Moscow Practical Academy of Commercial Sciences from 1890 to 1899.
