{{use mdy dates|date=September 2016}}

Reel Moments (sometimes Glamour Reel Moments or Glamour's Reel Moments) is an annual film series project by the magazine Glamour. The program entails a competition where its readers submit short stories with three being selected to be made into short films.{{cite web|url=https://www.nytimes.com/2005/04/27/business/media/27adco.html|title=Magazines Find Ways to Include Unconventional Elements in Deals With Marketers|accessdate=August 30, 2011|date=April 27, 2005|work=The New York Times|author=Elliott, Stuart}} The short stories submitted are all personal non-fiction essays.{{cite web|url=https://www.nytimes.com/2006/07/31/business/media/31adco.html|title=Glamour's Hollywood Side: Films by and About Women|accessdate=August 31, 2011|date=July 31, 2006|work=The New York Times|author=Bosman, Julie}} Actors, directors, and crew all donate their time to the project. Sponsors fund scripting, production, and screening costs. Proceeds benefit a charity chosen by each director, such as FilmAid International.{{cite web|url=https://www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-2007-sep-25-et-glamour25-story.html|title=Hudson calls the shots|access-date=September 1, 2011|date=September 25, 2007|work=Los Angeles Times}} It is hoped that the directing experience will open doors for female directors.

Each film is directed by a woman, often a celebrity. As of 2011, 20 films have been produced through the program, including giving directorial debuts to Jennifer Aniston, Jessica Biel, Courteney Cox, Kirsten Dunst, Bryce Dallas Howard, Kate Hudson, Eva Mendes, Demi Moore, and Rachel Weisz.{{cite web|url=http://finance.sfgate.com/hearst.sfgate/news/read?GUID=18681634|title=Bryce Dallas Howard Tapped as Director of Canon's "Project Imagin8ion," a Ron Howard Production|accessdate=August 30, 2011|date=June 9, 2011|work=San Francisco Chronicle|author=Canon U.S.A. Objectives of the project include empowering women by producing female-friendly short films while creating opportunities for actresses to direct and extending the Glamour brand.

In 2004, inspired by BMW’s short film series, Glamour Magazine wanted to attract new advertisers, with Francesca Silvestri as a producer of the film series. Each year, as a part of their general media buy, different advertiser(s) would be the new sponsor(s) of the film series.{{cite web |title=Francesca Silvestri |url=https://www.freestyle-la.com/francesca-silvestri |website=Freestyle Picture Company |access-date=6 October 2021}}{{cite web |title=Glamour Reel Moments |url=https://www.freestyle-la.com/glamour-reel-moments |website=Freestyle Picture Company |access-date=6 October 2021}}

Cartier SA paid Glamour 1.8 million dollars to be the sponsor in 2006. The 2006 entries had a love theme about moments in the lives of the entrants that made them "victorious, stronger or wiser."
