Tan Tee Beng ({{lang-zh|s=陈智铭}}; born 21 February 1972) is a Malaysian independent politician. From 2008 to 2013 he was the Member of the Parliament of Malaysia for the Nibong Tebal constituency in Penang, Malaysia.

Tan was elected to Parliament in the 2008 general election for the opposition National Justice Party (KeADILan) which later change to People's Justice Party (PKR) party, unseating Zainal Abidin Osman, a government Minister.{{Cite news

Before entering politics, Tan was a stockbroker.
