:*Comment merging seems a reasonable and in fact preferable solution to me, if someone is willing to undertake the work to do so. It seems like there's a lot to merge, and it isn't quite as simple as it first appears--e.g., Shotokan and Uechi don't share nearly as many techniques as do Shotokan and Enshin.   • Keep. I disagree with the AfD rationale, other editors do not see it as an impossible task to find sources. The WP:NOTDIRECTORY ratiionale is completely misplaced. The techniquie is notable.
